Hotel Sales & Revenue Manager (maternity cover – from mid-August- full or part time)

Seeking an energetic Sales Manager to join the successful team at the The Maids Head Hotel, Norwich managing a team of 3 personal.

As Sales/ Revenue Manager your role will be to support the General Manager with the management of local corporate companies to maximise on all new business and grow the existing business. You will have had past experience of working with the sales team on proactive duties on and off site. Whilst based at the hotel, your role will involve maximising all opportunities both in-house and on the road.

This role will maximise bedroom and Meetings & Events revenue generation through utilisation and analysis of effective revenue & rate management techniques.

The role is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Sales Manager or someone in a reactive role who wants to move into proactive sales. You will be confident, target driven, hold excellent relationship skills and overall be a natural sales person who can develop long lasting relationships.
